Mario G. Perez, Jr. is the founder and principal attorney behind Texas Legacy Wills & Trusts and The Legado Plan. A proud South Texas native, Mario graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and was licensed to practice in Texas in 2018 (State Bar Card: 24110210). His experience includes a focus on general civil litigation, real estate, and probate, giving him firsthand knowledge of the legal pitfalls families face without proper planning. Mario created The Legado Plan to offer local families a clear, affordable alternative to the costly, time- consuming estate planning process he saw in traditional practice.
Mario is deeply invested in the Laredo community, having served as Vice President of the Laredo Bar Association and Vice President of the City of Laredo’s Animal Care Services Committee. This dedication to service reflects the commitment he brings to protecting your family's future.

Partnerships with Local Counsel: Texas Legacy Wills & Trusts may partner with other licensed attorneys in specific Texas jurisdictions to provide our flat-fee services. This ensures that a local attorney who understands the nuances of your specific county is available for the final consultation and execution ceremony.

Fee Division Disclosure: In cases where we partner with another attorney to assist with your plan, Texas Legacy Wills & Trusts may split legal fees with that local attorney. Any such division of fees will be clearly disclosed to you in your written Engagement Agreement, in compliance with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
