What are the flat fees?
We offer two main flat fee options: $999 for an individual plan and $1,800 for a married-couple plan. Each fee covers your will, power of attorney, directive to physicians and the meetings needed to complete your plan. If your situation is unusually complex, we will discuss any additional fees upfront before you commit.
Do both spouses get documents?
The $999 package is designed for an individual. in the $1,800 married couple plan, each spouse received their own will and includes documents tailored to their needs.
What if I already
have a will?
Many older wills do not reflect current wishes, blended families, or changes in Texas laws. We can ensure your existing documents and either update or replace them within the $999 estate package when appropriate.
Can I pay in Installments?
Yes, in many cases we can offer simple payment plans. Ask about breaking up the $999 flat fee into small payments during your free consult. We want this protection to be within reach for Laredo families, not a luxury item.
