Texas Legacy Wills & Trusts, PLLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Firm”) values your privacy and is

how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit

forms, legal services, consultations, emails, phone calls, live chat, and educational materials
(collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect, please do not use the Services. This Privacy Policy is
incorporated into our Terms of Service and governs your use of the Firm’s services. When we
use the terms “Texas Legacy”, “Firm”, “we”, “us" and “our,” this refers to Texas Legacy Wills

Note for clients and prospective clients: Visiting our Site or contacting us through online forms
does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. Do not send confidential or time-
sensitive information through the Site.

information we collect from other sources. When you use our Services, you may provide certain

an estate plan using the Services; when you submit information into our forms and
questionnaires; and/or interact with the Firm via chat or phone.
A. Information You Provide Directly
Information you provide may include:

• Family and asset information relevant to planning
• Estate planning goals and preferences
• Responses in questionnaires and intake forms
• Payment information (processed through secure third‑party processors)
• Communications with our staff
We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information through the Site or by email/text
unless we expressly request it and provide a secure method for transmission. “Sensitive personal
information” includes, for example:
• Government IDs and numbers (Social Security, driver’s license, passport)
• Full financial information (bank/account numbers, full payment card numbers, access
codes or PINs)
• Medical/health information and protected health information (PHI)

To improve our Services, including bug detection and error reporting, to understand how
users interact with our Services and advertisements, improve usability and effectiveness

prevention, and legal compliance, such as detecting security incidents and protecting
against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

personalized estate planning documents, process payments, verify your identity, create

Services, and offer member support to make sure that you get the answers you are
looking for and to solve any problems you encounter.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not allow third-party ads
on our Site.
We may also use your contact information to send important updates about our services. If you
sign up for a newsletter or other communications, you can unsubscribe at any time. Please note
that we also use the information you provide us to notify the people you choose about your estate
plan, or as required by court order or law.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to run our practice and the Site:

and choices regarding your information:
• Marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in
the email. You will still receive transactional or service-related emails (e.g., scheduling,
invoices). You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails via the unsubscribe link
provided in the emails or by emailing us at info@texaslegacywills.com or contact us at
(956) 903-9455. If you receive an unwanted SMS or text message from us, you may reply
STOP to opt out of receiving future messages.
• Cookies/analytics: Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies; some features
may not function without them.
• Access, update, or delete: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your

8. Transmission of information to other countries.
Please note that the Firm’s principal office is located at 216 West Village Blvd, Ste 202 in
Laredo, Texas, United States and provides the Services, and processes your data, in the United
States. The Firm may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise disclose your data
to, service providers and trusted business partners in countries other than your country of
residence, including the United States, in accordance with applicable law. By submitting your
information to us you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information
in a country other than your country of residence including but not necessarily limited to the
United States.
9. Securing and storing your data.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect
personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security. Please use caution when sending information over the Internet.
